Discord Bot Commands
Our primary bot, [VS] Skynet, utilizes many bot features rolled in to one.
There are SO MANY FREAKING COMMANDS!! Even the help DM is crazy long!
But they are all super cool, help with moderation and provide heaps of fun.

Starts a game of tic tac toe. Another user must run the command in the same channel in order to accept the challenge. Use numbers 1-9 to play. 15 seconds per move.
